Report a private housing issue
Use this form to report issues related to a privately rented property.
Provide as much detail as possible to help the council’s investigation of the issue. We cannot investigate complaints without supporting information or valid contact details.
INFORMATION FOR TENANTS:
Please ensure you have contacted your landlord first to give them an opportunity to resolve the issue first. Please provide us with a copy of your tenancy agreement if possible, and let us know how many people are in your household, and whether your home is occupied as a single household or as a house in multiple occupation. If you have a complaint about a property that you do not live in please provide your relation to the property, and any relevant information or evidence to support your complaint.
